The focus is on diagnostics, communication, configuration and a safe assessment of the installation.<\/p>\n<h2>Systematic Pylontech battery diagnostics<\/h2>\n<p>Battery problems are not limited to the module. BMS, addressing, communication cables, inverter requirements, charging parameters, firmware and total system load must work together.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>US2000, US3000 and US5000 systems, plus other ranges after assessment<\/li>\n<li>Communication faults between battery, inverter and energy management<\/li>\n<li>Addressing, master battery, cascades and LV Hub systems<\/li>\n<li>Implausible state of charge, power limits and cell deviations<\/li>\n<li>Assessment of expansion options and module compatibility<\/li>\n<li>Integration with Victron, SMA and other approved systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Safety and limits of remote diagnostics<\/h2>\n<p>Portal data, battery logs and photographs help narrow down the cause. Swollen, damaged or unusually hot modules must not continue operating or be cleared remotely.
